Our House brewery
Not so long ago, it was usual to find in every brewery also the possibility to eat and to stay overnight. Unfortunately, those two concepts were more and more separated with the time. One of the major ideas of the Béierhaascht’s concept is to reunite the different fields.
You will not find a beer museum, but a real, working brewery which focusing point can be found in the middle of the restaurant, with the two beer tanks. Guests can observe the brewer at work.
Our beer is very different from the usual products on the market. Its typical taste comes from its traditional production and makes it incomparable.
Our beer is brewed according to the German “Reinheitsgebot” from 1516. Its quality is constantly controlled by the brewer.
