The restaurant

Our restaurant invites you to discover a regional cooking based on traditional Luxembourgish specialities. You will be able to enjoy our dishes and house made beer in the shadow of our brewery’s beer tanks, which play a central part in our restaurant.

The food served at the Béierhaascht is made of ingredients supplied by a selection of local and regional breeders and growers. Luxembourgish pork meat is the heavy weight of our menu.

Meat of a superior quality

Through the years, our suppliers have learned to know our quality standards and according to those, they select the meat meant for our butchery and restaurant.


80% of the dishes served in our restaurant are made of pork meat prepared in our own workshops. The members of the Meyer family use to say: “If the meat isn’t good in a butcher’s restaurant, where else then?” This is the strength of our kitchen. The accent put on the regional and Luxembourgish cuisine and the transparency in the origin and production, explains our patrons fidelity.


A quality Charta has been signed and obliges us to work essentially with regional products.
