Menus and Specialities

The „Brewer’s Menu“ is a weekly changing menu created according to the seasonal venues. The proper menu is adapted yearly. Nontheless the „Inevitables“ remain on the menu, such as our home made, 24 month aged, smoked ham cut by hand. The Béierhaascht is one of the only restaurants very you actually can order and cut ham.

The menu is also composed of vegetarian and fish dishes. And the kids can order one of our children surprise menues.

Throughout the year, we offer daily 6 to 8 specials according to the seasons. In summer, you can order a for example a mixed grill or a fresh summer salad. In winter, you can have homemade black  pudding or venison. We have an excellent reputation concerning our venison, the game coming from our own hunting grounds and being carefully prepared by our chefs.
